We brought Jen on at ASB to give our social media a more cohesive feel and she did exactly that and more. In her time with us she streamlined our entire internet presence and added a certain feel and personality that represented us perfectly.  I worked side by side with her to create what would become our most engaging content and some of the most enjoyable work I’ve done to this point.  

I would highly recommend Jen to any company or brand looking to add a very valuable asset at a time when social media and marketing are more important than ever.  Jen will work hard independently and as a team player to convey your vision and personality in a way that just seems to come so natural to her.

Jen was a valued asset in our launch of our first venture in Maine -- The Shop.  Handling all aspects of our social media strategy -- from conception to photography and copywriting. Jen was able to seamlessly build off the Island Creek voice and brand, but to adapt it in a way that gave The Shop its own Portland vibe, energy, and momentum.  This no doubt contributed to a successful launch and first year of operation.  A big thanks to Jenni!

Working with Jen was like reuniting with a long lost friend - I immediately felt at ease. She is dedicated, creative and lively and her photography is incredibly vibrant. She worked hard to understand what made the brewery tick so that she could portray our personality and values and dream up unique events to help set us apart and genuinely engage with our customers. She elevated our social media in a way that made us an account people wanted to continue following. When Jen is the storyteller, people stick around for the next chapter, not just for the sparknotes. As a brewery there are a lot of different departments and aspects of the business but Jen seamlessly incorporated all of them - from production, to tasting room, to guest experiences - into one cohesive story that made people feel like they were a part of it all. Jen’s passion and experience allow her to turn the mundane into something magical, and it’s palpable from the moment you meet her. 

It only took about five minutes into our first meeting to make the straightforward decision to bring Jen on board with our show. It didn’t feel like “hiring” someone at all, but rather welcoming a new, like-minded member of our team. The difference in having someone with her expertise was evident to both our followers and me by the very first weekend, and in no time, we were on the same page both in terms of style and tone. Her extensive experience with restaurants and, more importantly, restaurant people instills trust in what she does. I can’t adequately explain how much more relaxed I am in good hands. 

We had the pleasure of working with Jen for several years as our social media director for our restaurant group, Deep Ellum inc. Her sense of aesthetic and in-depth understanding of the food industry were key components to our long

lasting partnership.

Our group has a strong personality that we need to come through in our social media presence. Jen was able to translate that vision clearly all the while retaining her own signature style. Jen possesses the unique set of skills required for social media for the hospitality industry. Navigating demanding schedules and understanding how business and creativity come together to be delicious and enticing is an art form.
